An exciting opportunity has arisen within the WCCS Directorate for a dynamic and motivated individual based in the Directorate Office, Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

We require a Personal Secretary/Administrator to join our team. This is a busy but rewarding post in a fast paced department.

You should have proven secretarial and administrative experience and possess excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills. Being detail-focussed is critical.

You should have a robust knowledge of Microsoft packages.

You will require to be a flexible individual and have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

This post will be based within Victoria Hospital however, you may be required on occasion to work across all sites and hours to be worked over 5 days
