University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to work with us. Please see below for the detailed job description of the role.

### Main duties of the job

Fantastic PA opportunity working within a friendly, busy team, working 50/50 between office and home. This is an interesting and varied role suited to someone who enjoys working on their own initiative, has excellent attention to detail and a focus on working efficiently and effectively, using technology (e.g., Copilot) where appropriate.

### Detailed job description and main responsibilities

You’ll be involved in everything from juggling diary commitments to taking minutes, organising meetings to collating reports, preparing agendas and hearing packs to producing PowerPoints and mail merges and making the odd cuppa for guests. This is a busy role where the ability to plan and prioritise your time is key.

You’ll have exposure to confidential information, so it is important that you are sensitive to this. We’re ideally looking for someone who has done PA work before.
