Our department currently comprises four elective operating theatres and is undergoing an exciting expansion programme, with two additional theatres currently being built, creating opportunities to influence and support the future development of the service. ### Main duties of the job As a Band 5 Practitioner, you will be supported to develop your knowledge, skills and experience within a specialist surgical environment, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to delivering excellent patient care. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about elective surgery, demonstrate strong clinical, communication and organisational skills, and are committed to their own professional development. Whether you are newly qualified or have existing theatre experience, you will be supported through a comprehensive induction, preceptorship programme and ongoing learning opportunities. Current registration with the NMC or HCPC is essential for all registered professional roles.
