This is a role within our Womens department Quality & Governance team based in Gledhow Wing at St James Hospital. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised and enthusiastic about contributing to improving care for birthing families. The postholder will project manage governance related processes, in addition to providing support in relation to incident and risk management, patient experience and clinical effectiveness including policy and procedure management. The post holder will also be responsible for collating a number of data sources in relation to governance and patient safety to include on dashboard style reports for presentation at Quality Assurance Meetings.

### Experience

**Essential**

- Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent written, verbal and aural skills
- Ability to organise own work independently and adapt to changing priorities
