The role focuses on supporting women experiencing mental health difficulties during the antenatal and postnatal periods. We are looking for an enthusiastic health care professional with an interest in working with a specialist team in supporting and delivering high quality inpatient care. To be successful in this role you will be an experienced practitioner with some experience of supervision and leadership to allow you to support the team to further develop. This role does include shift working, including weekends and occasional night shifts. You will be responsible for assisting the Ward Manager in maintaining and monitoring professional standards, to promote change and develop nursing practice.
