Evidence of specialist experience of Perinatal mortality and morbidity and coordinating multidisciplinary teams - Evidence of leading and managing a team or clinical service - Developing and delivering education and training courses to all disciplines - Leading practice development and experience in change management to demonstrate learning from incidents and/or service failure - Trust Board and/or Board subcommittee presentations and assurance through analysis of data and translation into practice improvements - Experience in team management - Experience in leading and managing projects - Experience of guideline and policy development - Ability to lead change and embed learning into practice ### Qualifications **Essential** - Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council - Requires midwifery specialist knowledge of Perinatal morbidity and mortality standards in an acute maternity setting. - Degree or equivalent experience to master level **Desirable** -
