This is a unique partnering role that will manage and effectively deliver a variety of People initiatives and engagement strategies across the employee lifecycle, designed to bolster leadership performance via core HR procedures, championing cultural evolution and establishing our position as a preferred employer. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively at all levels across an organisation
