We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate People Experience Officer to join our Organisational Development, Wellbeing and Leadership team.

This is a varied, people-focused role supporting the delivery of staff experience, wellbeing, leadership development and organisational development activity across the Trust. You will work directly with colleagues, teams and managers to understand local needs, support staff listening and engagement, and help turn feedback and workforce insight into practical improvement.

You will coordinate and deliver wellbeing initiatives, support leadership development programmes, facilitate engagement sessions and team interventions, and contribute to the NHS Staff Survey and other listening activity.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, confidence working with people at different levels, and experience of staff engagement, wellbeing, OD, leadership development, People/HR services or a related area. You will be curious, collaborative and motivated by making a positive difference to people's experience at work.

### Main duties of the job

As People Experience Officer, you will support delivery of the Trust's people experience priorities across staff engagement, wellbeing, leadership development and organisational development.

Key duties include:

- Planning and facilitating staff engagement, listening events, focus groups and team interventions.
- Capturing and analysing staff feedback to identify themes and support practical improvement actions.
- Coordinating the NHS Staff Survey, Pulse Surveys and other staff listening activity, including communications, analysis and action planning.
- Supporting managers to interpret feedback and monitor staff experience improvement plans.
- Coordinating and delivering wellbeing campaigns, workshops, events and resources.
- Supporting leadership development programmes, including session coordination, facilitation and evaluation.
- Producing reports, briefings, presentations and trackers using qualitative and quantitative workforce insight.
- Building effective relationships with managers, staff networks and colleagues across the Trust and acting as a point of contact for staff experience, wellbeing and leadership activity.

### Skills

**Essential**

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage positively with staff at all levels.
- Ability to organise and coordinate multiple activities, events or workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to capture, record and summarise feedback accurately and sensitively.
- Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team and build effective working relationships.

**Desirable**

- Experience supporting delivery of workshops, training sessions or engagement events.

### Knowledge/ Experience

**Essential**

- Experience providing administrative, coordination or project support within a complex organisation.
- Experience working with data, trackers or action plans and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience of planning and delivering staff engagement, organisational development, wellbeing or leadership initiatives.
- Experience of facilitating workshops, engagement sessions or focus groups.
- Experience of analysing workforce information, survey data or qualitative feedback to inform improvement activity.
- Experience of developing, monitoring and reporting on action plans or improvement programmes.
- Experience of building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

**Desirable**

- Experience working in the NHS or public sector.
- Experience supporting staff listening activity such as surveys, focus groups or engagement events.

### Attainment/ Qualifications

**Essential**

- Educated to degree level or equivalent level of knowledge and experience in Organisational Development, People services, Leadership, engagement or a related discipline.
- Evidence of ongoing learning and development relevant to Organisational Development, People services, Leadership, engagement or a related discipline.

**Desirable**

- Professional qualification or membership relevant to Organisational Development, HR or Learning & Development (e.g. CIPD).
- Facilitation or coaching qualification.
