## Job Content

Falkland House is looking to recruit a PBS Practitioner to join the team. This is a part time, 16 hour role. Falkland House is part of Priory Supported Living Hull and East Riding which provides supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs.

- Development and implementation of Positive Behaviour Support Plans, including Functional Behaviour Assessment
- Practice Leadership and Practice workshops
- Incident support, analysis and colleague debrief

## Person Specification

### What you'll bring to the role

**Essential**

- We are looking for a qualified professional with a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (e.g., BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, MSc Applied Behaviour Analysis, or equivalent) and either qualified or willing to work towards PROACT-SCIPr-UK® Instructor status. The ideal candidate will have strong person-centred values, excellent communication skills, leadership experience, and a solid understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and Applied Behaviour Analysis. Experience in behavioural assessment, intervention development, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism is essential. Candidates should also have a proven track record in reducing restrictive practices, delivering PBS training, and strong skills in record-keeping and report writing. Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks, including the Mental Capacity Act (2005) and safeguarding, is required.
