Can you provide efficient and effective professional administration and coordination? If the answer to these questions is yes, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join the North West Ambulance Service Quality Directorate as one of our Patient Safety Incident Coordinators.

### Main duties of the job

The North West Ambulance Service is committed to improving the way in which the NHS responds to patient safety incidents and we are seeking to develop and strengthen our team to manage the new Patient Safety Incident Response Framework.

The post holder will work closely with Lead Patient Safety Incident Investigators to provide support the Patient Safety Incident Investigations process including the organisation of multi-disciplinary Patient Safety Incident meetings with a variety of stakeholders.

Our ambition is to be the best ambulance service in the UK, delivering the right care, at the right time, in the right place, every time. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team.

The ability to travel across the Northwest will be required as part of this post.

### Experience

**Essential**

- Experience of working in a senior administration/ coordinator role
- Experience of handling confidential and sensitive information
- Previous experience in an NHS environment
- Experience of developing clear, accurate, and comprehensive reports

- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deal with highly confidential, distressing, and sensitive information

- Knowledge of NHSE Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF)
- Demonstrable recent CPD
