What you'll do

- Be the first point of contact for patients, clients and stakeholders, providing an exceptional customer experience by telephone and email.
- Manage clinician diaries, coordinate appointments and meetings, and support patients throughout their healthcare journey.
- Maintain accurate patient records, open and close patient files, and upload specialist reports using clinical systems.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinical team, including audio typing medical reports and correspondence.
- Support service improvement projects, reporting activities and database management whilst ensuring compliance with confidentiality and governance standards.

- Previous experience in an administrative, patient-facing or customer service role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
