Priory Millburn£13.45Part Time – 21 hours per weekMillburn has an opportunity for a Male Support Worker to join our team to work across 2 units within a registered care home as part of a team of support workers providing shared support to up to 11 individuals. This role is offered on a part time basis working 21 hours per week.Shifts will be 08.00-14.00 Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Millburn is located in Cambuslang, on the outskirts of Glasgow. Our home offers residential support for 20 males and females with a variety of needs, including autistic adults and people with a learning disability. We can also support individuals with mental health and physical health needs.

### What you'll be doing

- Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
- Encourage and assist participation in activities and community life.
- Support service users in achieving their personal outcomes in the way they choose.
- Maintain accurate records, care plans, charts, and daily notes.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality in line with policies and regulations.
- Act as a key worker for individuals, helping them to set goals and track progress.
- Promote choice, independence, and involvement at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions.
