In your day-to-day role, you will help ensure the smooth running of general practice by providing expert clinical support and advice to patients, promoting the safe and effective use of medicines, and consistently working within the competencies of your role, with active support from an experienced senior TPN team member and the wider Pharmacy Technician team. This is a part-time vacancy, looking for someone to work 2-3 days, 15 - 30 hrs a week ### Main duties of the job Job Duties: - Medication Reconciliation of clinical letters and Hospital Discharge Summaries - Medicine Management including prescription screening and processing - Supporting with the Repeat Dispending process - Responding and communicating to patient related medication queries - Coordinating with local pharmacies to manage stock levels and shortages - Medication synchronisation in line with regular repeat prescription - To oversee medication recall processes, ensuring timely responses and compliance.
