As a Maintenance Officer, you will be: - Being the main responsible person for all maintenance aspects of Rosebank House, ensuring that the buildings, facilities, and equipment are maintained and fit for purpose. - Utilising strong DIY and practical skills to ensure the safety and comfort of service users is maintained. - Planning, conducting, and documenting regular safety checks, audits, and maintenance schedules. - Leading on the repair, maintenance, and decorating of all buildings within Rosebank House. - Liaising with and reporting directly to the Manager on all faults, defects, and maintenance plans. - Coordinating, supervising, and supporting all contractors whilst on site, completing all necessary paperwork and tool checks.
