An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to develop and coordinate Paediatric Trauma and Rehabilitation as a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist/Allied Health Professional. The post offers many opportunities to develop and shape the service, in addition to contributing to the senior nursing team across Children’s Services. ### Main duties of the job As a clinical nurse/AHP in the service you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills as well as leading and influencing change. You will be motivated to make a positive difference to the child and family experience, maximising effective patient pathways and discharge planning. Reporting to the lead nurse, you will ensure partnership working across teams in promoting service development for future expansion of Children’s Services. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities Please see the attached Applicant Information Pack (combined Job Description and Person Specification) for key duties and responsibilities. All roles in the Trust include a mandatory 12-week training period. Therefore successful candidates are expected to have the Right to Work for a period of at least 6 months from the proposed start date.
