An opportunity has arisen for a flexible and motivated individual to join our Paediatric Medical Secretary Team as a support secretary.

You will support the existing medical secretaries in providing a quality and efficient service to Paediatric Consultants. You will need to be an enthusiastic team player and motivated with excellent communication skills. You will require high levels of organisation with the ability to prioritise your daily workload effectively and have a flexible approach to working alongside different members of the team or independently as required.

### Main duties of the job

Please note this position is not eligible for sponsorship. Applicants must be able to demonstrate an existing and ongoing right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract without sponsorship from the Trust.

The role involves a diverse range of administrative and secretarial responsibilities, including typing clinical correspondence, coordinating appointments, managing diaries, and responding to a variety of telephone enquiries.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible approach and the ability to effectively manage changing priorities and workloads.
