The successful applicant must be a driven individual with focused on delivering patient centred care with a commitment to providing a quality service that is responsive to the changing needs of the children and young people accessing the service. Understanding the need for change you must be flexible, open and be able to build and motivate your team. Your role will include all aspects of the management of the outpatient clinics at St Marys and Hammersmith Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the flow, productivity and patient experience is closely managed and will have line management responsibility for a team of nurses, health care assistants and phlebotomy. As the Manager you will also be required to work closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team working clinically. A varied and wide nursing knowledge base and clinical experience is essential. An ability to use your nursing expertise to promote safe, evidence based complex care pathways is essential alongside proven strong leadership skills.
