Both units together comprise the general paediatric department of University Hospitals Birmingham (UHB). Successful applicants will be part of the Tier 2 rota, with their first post EITHER at BHH OR at GHH followed by rotation to the other site. These posts arise as a result of approved funding to expand our Tier 2 rotas in order to enhance patient safety and increase training opportunities in the presence of increasing patient flow.
