This 1-year fixed term post will provide maternity leave cover, leading and supporting PATCH teams across five acute hospital sites in Northwest London. PATCH delivers high-quality acute care for children at home, reducing hospital admissions and improving patient and family experience. As Matron, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring clinical excellence, patient safety, and service innovation across all PATCH teams.
