The role will involve assessment and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions for both adult and paediatric patients referred via Surgery, ED and GP services. ### Main duties of the job The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well both autonomously and as part of the team. Evidence of of experience of working within an Outpatient  Physiotherapy environment is essential and previous NHS experience is desirable. The postholder will be expected to work independently and relevant recent CPD is essential. You will be responsible for managing your own patient caseload within a supportive and experienced team and there will also be the opportunity to lead a variety of rehabilitation gym based sessions, supervise assistants and students. You will be expected to contribute to service development initiatives and be involved in regular audits. Existing skills can be further developed and consolidated  through attendance at  regular monthly in-service training, peer review and clinical supervision.
