It is expected that the successful applicant will enforce the trusts values and behaviours and instil them into the scrub team. Highly skilled and adaptable, you will be supported to learn and develop your skills and teach others within the department. The post holder has a key leadership and management role at the Senior level and will assist the team manager with the continuing responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, and evaluation of care, and the setting of standards of care within theatres. As an expert scrub practitioner in the perioperative setting, you will be responsible for providing high standards of care that comply with evidence-based practice.
