This fellowship is designed for candidates aiming to build consultant-level competencies in high-level Head and Neck practice within an established, high-performing regional centre. About the Role As the Head & Neck Fellow, you will gain extensive experience across the full range of ablative procedures, including: Advanced and complex salvage Head & Neck cases Close collaborative working with both ENT and Maxillofacial Consultants offers comprehensive exposure to reconstructive pathways and multidisciplinary care. During the fellowship, you will be supported to manage patients across the full clinical pathway—from initial presentation and MDT discussion, through surgery, into the postoperative and follow‑up phases. ### Main duties of the job About the Department QVH is a leading regional Head & Neck unit operating a successful hub-and-spoke model serving a significant population across the South East.
