### Job summary

Lead the operational delivery of Community Diagnostic Services across multiple NHS contracts. Work collaboratively with Clinical Leads, operational teams and NHS stakeholders to ensure safe and effective service delivery. Monitor performance against contractual KPIs, quality standards and financial targets. Support continuous improvement and service development initiatives. Provide leadership, guidance and support to clinical and non-clinical teams working across multiple locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS partners and internal stakeholders. Support mobilisation of new services and implementation of operational improvements. Ensure services remain compliant with relevant quality, governance and regulatory requirements.

### Main duties of the job

Minimum of 1-2 years operational management experience, preferably within healthcare, diagnostics or NHS services. Proven experience managing services across multiple locations. Experience delivering Community Diagnostic Services, ideally including Ultrasound, MRI, CT A natural leader with the ability to manage, motivate and support clinical and non-clinical teams across multiple sites. Experience managing budgets, monitoring performance and delivering against key operational and contractual targets. Strong track record of achieving KPIs, quality standards and service improvements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders. Flexible, proactive and resilient approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience supporting service change, mobilisation or implementing new models of care.
