### Main duties of the job

We at Cora Health are delighted to be recruiting for an Operations manager. You will join our team of Operations Managers nationally to lead and manage our NHS services for Wolverhampton, Coventry, Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. The main purpose of the Operations Manager role is to: Plan and deliver services in line with customer expectations and contractual requirements. Ensure services are delivered in line with financial planning Support continuous improvement to improve value in healthcare Ensure that your team are equipped and supported to carry out their role. We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable. We are looking for a well-organised Operations Manager, to motivate and lead their team using their inspiring leadership skills to enable the team to deliver quality clinical care for patients with Musculoskeletal and persistent pain conditions. You will lead a regional leadership team of Clinical Leads and Team Leads who line manage an energetic multi-disciplinary team of physiotherapists, osteopaths, sports therapists, podiatrists, doctors, and nurses delivering expert clinical care serving the area.
