Location: South of England ### Main duties of the job We are seeking an experienced Operational Director to lead the development and operational delivery of our growing Neuro Division. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of specialist care services, delivering high-quality clinical care within a modern independent healthcare environment. About You - Extensive hospital operational leadership experience (e.g. Hospital Director, Divisional Director, or Operations Director). - Strong knowledge of private healthcare and insurance-funded care pathways. - Proven experience managing multiple complex healthcare services. - Strong understanding of hospital governance, quality, and compliance. - Based in the South of England and willing to travel nationally.
