These trainers ensure that staff meet Barchester's objectives and training statistics through hands-on training and maintaining up-to-date training files. They are responsible for coordinating employee training calendars, observing workplace practices, and arranging necessary induction paperwork. Trainers also provide ongoing coaching and support for new staff.
