ABOUT YOUYou should have a minimum of a C&G 7300 (or equivalent), a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or experience of working in the care sector) and a good working knowledge of legislative requirements within the care industry. We'll also want to see some experience of training, coaching and mentoring others, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. With a flexible approach and a full, clean driving licence, you'll be comfortable working out in the field at our homes and hospitals (staying overnight if necessary) and undertaking shift patterns that include some evenings, weekends and early mornings we want to give everyone the best possible access to our training.
