We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has the leadership experience to engage, encourage and support the existing team to drive innovations, efficiency and high-quality patient care. The Maternity Service Manager is responsible for the delivery of operational performance, service transformation, workforce planning, financial control, and business intelligence across maternity services in Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover hospitals and community, alongside the outlined Divisional strategic priorities. This post will work closely with the Operational Service Manager for Women's health to develop and align the rotas for the medical staff.
