You will operationally lead our Early Intervention, routine triage, CMHT, Clozapine and homeless services based in Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford upon Avon. Your base will be flexible as it is important that services have a visible leadership presence. You will be part of the senior leadership team for community mental health and will be expected to be part of trust wide developments as well as working with system partners. Experience of working in Community Mental Health is an essential criteria as well as management experience. ### Main duties of the job As the operational manager you will provide high quality supervision to our team managers and clinical leads. You will have oversight of safety and quality of services within South Warwickshire. The successful candidate must be organised and be able to balance competing demands including management of complex complaint and incident investigations, service developments and quality improvements.
