### Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12-month fixed term / secondment for a full-time Band 7 Operational Lead within the Specialist Business Unit.

The role covers a diverse portfolio of services, including the Community Cardiac Service, Community Intravenous Administration Service (CIVAS), Homeless Health Inclusion Team (HHIT), Respiratory Service, and TB Service.

These multidisciplinary services comprise specialist nurses, physiotherapists, and support staff, working collaboratively with colleagues across Leeds Community Healthcare and Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operational Lead to work closely with the Operational Head of Service and clinical teams, providing effective operational management and leadership across this portfolio.

Please note that the scope of services may evolve as the Trust progresses towards a neighbourhood model of care.

### Main duties of the job

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can respond effectively to changing priorities. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary working, and a clear interest in service development and fostering a positive team culture. You will be equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Applicants should have demonstrable experience in people management, including attendance management, recruitment, induction, workforce development, capacity and demand management, and supporting organisational change.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 08:30 16:30.
