### Job responsibilities

The role involves managing daily demand and capacity, supporting staff, coordinating risk management processes, and overseeing operational issues, escalations, and incidents. Another exciting aspect of the role will be leading a service of Interface Leads, Operational Team Managers and Duty and Risk Mental Health Practitioners to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care.

Skills and experience:

Essential:

- Significant experience working in mental health and/or Talking Therapies
- Demonstrable 2 Years experience of effectively managing an operational team
- Experience of capacity and demand management
- Experience of working at a Senior Management Level
- Experience in analysing complex data in relation to service performance
- Experience in service development, innovation and growth
- Ability to Lead teams to deliver KPIs
- Advanced communication skills and ability to communicate complex information

Desirable:

- Mental health Professional
- Experienced user of IAPTUS system
- Commercial experience within a private healthcare setting
- Strategic and project management experience
- Project management experience
