About You You will: - Be a qualified nurse with current NMC registration. - Have substantial experience managing or supporting care home operations. - Have multi-site or regional experience. - Demonstrate a track record of improving quality, compliance and service performance. - Have strong knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance. - Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Management or be willing to work towards it. - Be an influential, resilient and adaptable leader. - Be able to travel extensively across the division, including at short notice.
