GenesisCare UK is seeking an exceptional Matron to lead our Outpatient and SACT nursing teams at our state-of-the-art cancer centre in Guildford. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Matron or senior nursing leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across our Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) and Outpatient services, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, patient safety and compassionate care. Working closely with the Centre Leader and multidisciplinary teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving service innovation, developing high-performing teams and delivering an outstanding experience for every patient. ### Main duties of the job As Matron, you'll provide visible clinical leadership across our SACT and Outpatient departments, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with evidence-based practice, regulatory standards and our values. You'll oversee the day-to-day operational management of both services, lead workforce development and quality improvement initiatives, and champion a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and clinical excellence. This is an influential leadership position where you'll help shape the future of our services whilst maintaining an unwavering focus on patient-centred care.
