You will work as part of the team to ensure the effective care and treatment of our Older Person Mental Health acute admission ward at St James' Hospital in Portsmouth. You need to be a motivated practitioner with a passion for older persons mental health. You will play an important role in the team as we aspire to provide excellent care to our patients and develop our service in line with national and local guidance. You will be a positive role model, coach and mentor junior colleagues and students, providing supervision and engagement.
