To provide comprehensive administrative and transactional support to the Organisational Development (OD) Team ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Serve as the first point of contact for all queries directed to the OD Team managing the OD inbox and ensuring timely and appropriate responses or actions.

Deliver high-quality administrative support across the OD Team to enable successful delivery of key objectives and initiatives.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Organisational Development (OD) team, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, coordinating training and meetings, maintaining training records and reporting systems, supporting recognition and reward activities, preparing documentation for meetings, and ensuring the effective administration and delivery of OD programmes and initiatives.

### Skills

**Essential**

- Computer literacy with experience of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet and Outlook.
- High degree of accuracy
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills in line with legislation, policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload and operate on own initiative

### Knowledge

**Essential**

- Knowledge and understanding of working in a wider system of integrated care

**Desirable**

- Experience of working with HR databases and software particularly ESR
- Previous experience within the NHS

### Experience

**Essential**

- Recent experience of working within a customer facing administrative environment
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines to meet competing demands
- Ability to work to deadlines in a busy office environment
- Demonstrate effective team player behaviours

**Desirable**

- Previous experience in an organisational development or education and learning role

### Qualifications

- GCSE (or equivalent) English, Mathematics grades A-C
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Administration (or able to demonstrate equivalent competences acquired over time)
