Althea Park House is a 7-bed CQC-registered eating disorders service supporting young people aged 16+ with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions, alongside The Anchor, a 3-bed step-down home on site. Newcombe Lodge (7 beds) and The Lighthouse (5 beds) are CQC and Ofsted-registered childrens homes for young women aged 1321, supporting complex mental health needs including risk-taking behaviours, disordered eating and autism.

## Person Specification

### Requirements

**Essential**

- As the sole Occupational Therapist across the services, you will lead and shape OT practice, supporting OTAs and the wider care team. This rewarding but challenging role requires calmness under pressure and a compassionate, recovery-focused approach.
- Applicants must hold a recognised OT qualification, be HCPC registered, and have a full UK driving licence and access to a car. Experience in eating disorders or mental health is highly desirable, with Sensory Integration experience an advantage. Strong assessment, communication and teamwork skills are essential.
