We have an exciting opportunity for a Neurological Occupational Therapist in Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust to join the Adult Services Department at Danesbury Neurological Unit, Welwyn. You will work as a vital member of the Inpatient Therapy Team at Danesbury Neurological Centre, specialising in the treatment and management of individuals with acute neurological conditions. You will be responsible for carrying out specialist occupational therapy assessments, delivering individualised intervention programmes, and coordinating discharge arrangements for patients requiring neurological rehabilitation. ## Person Specification

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with a recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
- Experience supporting patients with neurological conditions within a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
- Proven experience working effectively within multidisciplinary teams delivering rehabilitation services.
- Competent in manual handling, clinical documentation, IT systems, and adapting communication to complex patient needs.
- Organised, resilient, and empathetic professional committed to Trust values, with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
