This part-time post focuses on supporting adults with complex neurological conditions, including multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular conditions, and other long-term neurological disorders. The post holder will deliver person-centred, evidence-based occupational therapy to maximise independence, function, and quality of life. This includes assessment, goal setting, intervention planning, and evaluation across physical, cognitive, and psychosocial domains. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the role involves contributing to integrated care planning and education programmes, supporting patients in outpatient settings and, where appropriate, community or home environments. Collaboration with families, carers, and external agencies is essential.
