Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a team delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The role involves managing a varied caseload, undertaking specialist assessments and interventions, supporting patients to maximise independence and wellbeing, and contributing to service development. ### Main duties of the job

To hold a caseload of clients with complex needs, using evidence based/client centredprinciples to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.

## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- Supervision of staff and/or students
- Experience of working in a mental health environment for a minimum of two years
- Documented evidence of continuing professional development

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- HCPC registration
- Diploma/degree in OT
- Post graduation training relevant to mental health
- An up-to-date CPD portfolio
