This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of older adults experiencing mental health, cognitive and memory difficulties. Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will use your clinical expertise to promote independence, improve quality of life and deliver person-centred care. If you are passionate about rehabilitation, innovation and continuous professional development, we would love to hear from you. ### Main duties of the job You will provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention for older adults with mental health, cognitive and memory needs, supporting them to achieve their goals and maximise independence. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to assessment, rehabilitation, discharge planning and risk management, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
