These rotational posts will allow Band 5 therapists to develop their core clinical skills. There are opportunities for service development and involvement in audit and clinical governance. The Trust has a reputation for being at the forefront of NHS modernisation. It considers the welfare and development of its staff to be of paramount importance. We, as a service, offer supported training opportunities, both internal and external (to Masters level), supervision/mentorship and an established development framework which supports CPD. Candidates must have a BSc in Occupational Therapy and have HCPC registration. A clean British driving license is essential as is access to a car with business insurance, we are happy to accept applicants who are working towards getting a full driving license. We can offer staff gymnasiums on both hospital sites, final salary pension scheme including life assurance cover and advice on childcare. ### Main duties of the job The post holders will be based within the therapy team. Candidates may have the opportunity to work between acute care, community, paediatrics, neurology, and outpatient settings. The teams consist of static and rotational Occupational therapists and Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants and administrative support.
