To learn more about the service and hear from existing team members, please visit our Primary Care Occupational Therapy video playlist. ### In this key role, you will: - Be responsible for Occupational Therapy triage, assessment and rehabilitation for a defined caseload. - Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and modify treatment interventions to meet individual patient needs. - Be responsible for the assessment and prescription of equipment to optimise patients’ occupational performance. - Assess capacity to engage in Occupational Therapy.
