The successful applicants will work on the in-patient wards and in the community.. You will work closely within a multidisciplinary team to complete specialist occupational therapy assessments, develop strengths‑based intervention plans, and support individuals to engage in meaningful occupations, promote independence, and enhance wellbeing. The post sits within a supportive service that values reflective practice, supervision, and continuous professional development. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. ### Main duties of the job The role enables patient centered engagement in occupations. The interventions are carried out both on an individual and group basis. The work also involves the collection of patient data, as well as other administrative and organisational tasks, stock keeping and electronic record keeping.
