The individual needs to be proactive and enthusiastic and will be joining the Acute Respiratory and Rehab Team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The post holder working as part of an integrated team will work as an autonomous practitioner to provide a high standard of intervention across the speciality. This integrated team is committed to providing highly specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients within the wide variety of acute medical and surgical wards. You will be required to work alongside your colleagues as an independent practitioner in applying a high level of clinical reasoning to ensure individualised, proactive and holistic assessment and treatment planning. ### Main duties of the job As a member of both the integrated rehabilitation service and the multidisciplinary teams on the wards, excellent skills in communication are essential.
