### Main duties of the job

In collaboration with the North West Air Ambulance Charity, we are seeking a Clinical Support Administrator to support the clinical air ambulance team at our Barton and Blackpool airbases. The post-holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinical leadership team to ensure the effective delivery of the service. This busy and varied role will involve being immersed in the clinical delivery of the air ambulance service; primary functions include undertaking rota planning and maintenance, payroll submissions, supporting clinical meetings including producing agendas and minute taking, planning and supporting clinical events and supporting clinical data returns.

- Demonstrable experience working in an administrative environment.
- IT literate.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills when dealing with colleagues and visitors.
- Understands and maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload and use own initiative to prioritise a busy workload, effectively switch between a range of activities and meet demanding deadlines.

- Valid driving licence for use in the UK and access to a vehicle for work use OR the ability to travel between sites using other means within reasonable timescales.

- Formal educational qualifications to the equivalent of GCSE standard including English and Maths.
- Formal qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Computer literate with a broad understanding of MS Office software packages – Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
- Knowledge of “Data Protection Act”.
