At CTMUHB we are not just offering you a job but the opportunity to be at the forefront of Dementia care. In this role you will need to be innovative to adapt to the complexities of the clients unmet needs in relation to behaviours that challenge in Dementia. You will need to have good communication, organisational and time management skills. What you  will gain - A role where your work truly matters, being part of a forward thinking team with opportunities to grow and develop. ### Main duties of the job - Work within a Multidisciplinary Team under the direction of a registered nurse. - Deliver Health and Social care within the Care and Treatment plan. - Provide support to service users on an individual and on a group basis both within Community and Inpatient settings. - With supervision and support from Registered Nurses be responsible for and manage own workload and safety. - Participate in caseload management supervision from Registered Nurses. - Actively participate in continuing professional development through the Knowledge Skills Framework - To support individuals by role modelling psychological interventions - Being part of Multi disciplinary discussion and Formulations - Feeding back observations using the PAL document. Welsh Skills Desirable: This post is advertised as Welsh Desirable.
