If so, we would love to hear from you. We are a friendly and supportive 17-cot Local Neonatal Unit caring for babies born from 27 weeks’ gestation onwards. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care and placing families at the heart of everything we do through our strong focus on Family Integrated Care. We are also proud to be working towards Stage 3 Baby Friendly Initiative (BFI) accreditation. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Nursing Associate to join our dedicated neonatal team. Previous experience working with babies or children is not essential — we welcome candidates with the right values, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
