You will be required to confidently support orthopaedic patients with a range of  orthopaedic conditions and needs . You will focus on providing a high standard of patient care, engaging with colleagues, adapting and being flexible to the complex nature of Ward 6. If you are a strong, caring and compassionate individual who works well under pressure and wants to deliver quality care then please apply. This role covers long days, nights and weekends. You will  be fully supported during your transition with  supernumerary status and additional training tailored to meet the requirements of the ward for the  delivery of   safe and high quality care. ### Main duties of the job To provide direct nursing care to patients whilst ensuring you are acting as a advocate for often a  vulnerable patient group. To ensure relatives and patients are kept fully informed of the patients journey.
