\<p\>Are you a \<span class="single_desc_int_gb_word"\>compassionate and motivated \<strong\>Nursing Associate\</strong\> looking to develop your skills and make a real difference to people in their own homes and communities\</span\>?\</p\>\<p\>We are looking for a \<strong\>Nursing Associate\</strong\> to join our friendly Community Nursing Team, working alongside a wider multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, holistic and person-centred care to patients on the district nursing caseload.\</p\>\<p\>This is a fantastic opportunity to use your knowledge and skills across a broad range of community settings, \<span class="single_desc_int_gb_word"\>supporting people of all ages and working with individuals to promote their independence, dignity and wellbeing\</span\>. Youll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of clinical competencies while building strong relationships with patients, families and colleagues.\</p\>\<p\>As a Nursing Associate, youll work within your scope of practice and competency framework, carrying out a range of duties delegated by registered practitioners.
