Your role will be to support the Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapists within this team including undertaking assessments and carrying out treatment plans that fall within the scope of your skills and knowledge and under the direction of the therapists. We are looking for a flexible candidate who is able to work across a range of settings and has experience working to support Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy interventions within a community setting, with experience of assessment and provision of equipment according to patients needs. The role involves working in patients’ own homes or with patients in a clinic environment. You will require the ability to travel to carry out home visits.
